Introducing our new transformative EquiPath – Bridging Change Training Program designed to help you understand and overcome addictive behaviour through the power of Equine Facilitated Human Development (EFHD). Equus Ferus CIC has secured National Lottery funding to support this work. We will use the money to pilot the EquiPath program which aims to help people develop resilience to change their behavior and lead a healthier happy life.
Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey? Join Equus Ferus for our unique three-day EquiPath – Bridging Change program to help you understand and overcome addictive behaviour.
Learning with the help of our horses you will be able to set healthy boundaries, assess the pros and cons of decision-making. Setting future goals, identifying personal triggers, and beginning to develop new belief systems, you will gain resilience and control over addictive behaviours.
Join us for this transformative experience and take the first step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. Our program combines mindfulness practices, CBT, and the unique benefits of equine facilitated activities to provide an integrated approach to overcoming addictive behaviours.
The programme includes:
Gain a deeper understanding of addictive behaviour with:
